Commercial Branding Sales Role

Are you a motivated sales professional seeking a challenging opportunity to drive revenue growth and brand awareness in the Commercial Branding sector?

  • We are looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team, providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts within the assigned territory.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing key marketing plans to maximize revenue and brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and provide input to marketing initiatives.
  • Providing training and support to internal and external customers on product applications and value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales territory independently with limited consultation or supervision.
  • Utilize advanced selling skills and consistently produce positive sales results.
  • Demonstrate and apply knowledge of 3M's brand, innovation story, and key value propositions to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in the Commercial Branding sector.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
