Sales Representative for Commercial Branding & Transportation Division
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Representative to independently manage and grow our Commercial Branding & Transportation Division. The role involves achieving sales objectives within assigned territories, primarily focusing on individuals with a proven track record in sales and advanced selling skills. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Melbourne, Victoria.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Apply understanding of 3M's brand and value propositions to maximize revenue.
- Plan and manage territory coverage, resources, and time effectively.
- Maintain accurate account and prospect information in CRM systems.
- Exhibit leadership by collaborating with team members and mentoring peers.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and market understanding.
- Adhere to company sales policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, preferably in the Graphics industry.
- Experience with print, signage, architectural graphics, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software and sales tools.
- Deep knowledge of product lines, customer segments, and market dynamics.
- Location: Melbourne, Victoria
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote, on-site, or flexible options)
