Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Club Manager at our prestigious Shore Beach House.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who possesses exceptional leadership skills, a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management position, preferably in a club or day lounge environment, with a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding profit goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage operations in a fast-paced club/day lounge environment.
  • Recruit, train and develop team members, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control costs, drive sales and exceed profit goals.
  • Ensure daily deliverables are met with a big-picture approach.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to execute efficient and flawless service every shift.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a management position, preferably in a club or day lounge.
  • Understanding of profit measures, cost management, productivity and sales targets.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Knowledge of beverage menu development.
  • Ability to work Monday-Sunday shifts (hours rotated across open, mid and closing shifts).
  • Strong leadership: recruiting, training and developing future leaders; customer-focused; high energy and work ethic.
