**Key Objectives:**

  • Lead high-performing teams of software engineers to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
  • Develop technical skills, personal skills, and business acumen of team members.
  • Contribute to ongoing product evolution and best practice standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage deliverables for multiple scrum teams, ensuring system stability, monitoring, enhancements, bug fixes, testing, documentation, and support.
  • Provide technical leadership to software engineers and contribute to product development.
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure best practices are deployed.
  • Mentor new team members and ensure approved processes and practices are followed.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong technical skills at senior developer level.
  • Good people skills, planning skills, communication skills, and networking skills.
  • Able to self-manage and work within guidelines.

Experience and Education Required:

Tertiary degree in Computer Science or related discipline. At least 10 years experience in development shops, with a minimum 3 years at senior developer level. Solid experience in Java/ReactJS and/or related technologies.
