**Opportunity to Teach and Train in a Dynamic Environment**
Chisholm Institute of TAFE is seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our Chisholm Online Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching and training students in our Cert IV In TAE40112 course.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Teaching and Training: Plan and deliver education practices and delivery sessions that reflect the most effective way to engage learners.
- Materials and Resources: Ensure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages, and related requirements.
- Learning Environment: Establish and maintain a positive learning environment, including encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning.
- Adaptation: Adapt learning and assessment materials to cater for different students, learning environments, facilities, and resources.
- Administrative Tasks: Undertake a range of administrative, coordination, and learning services activities directly related to the areas taught.
- Program Development: Assist in relation to the establishment, maintenance, and review of teaching programs.
- Safety and Respect: Maintain a respectful, safe environment free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
**Requirements:**
- Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015.
- Experience: A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver.
- Industry Knowledge: A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge.
- Registration: Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline.
