Certified First Aid Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our team as a Certified First Aid Educator at Chisholm Institute.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid education programs to students, focusing on creating engaging learning environments and adapting teaching materials to cater to diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive first aid training programs that meet regulatory standards and industry requirements.
- Maintain a positive and respectful learning environment, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to establish and maintain teaching programs that meet the needs of students and stakeholders.
- Undertake administrative tasks related to teaching, including coordinating learning services and maintaining records.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) or relevant qualifications.
- Vocational qualifications at AQF level 3, such as Certificate III or Diploma, in a related field.
- Vocational currency demonstrated through work experience in First Aid, Aquatic, or Recreation.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies, as required for the teaching discipline.
- A record of Vocational Competency and Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge.
