About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated student to join our Student Ambassador program at Chisholm Institute. As a Student Ambassador, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our students and prospective students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide general assistance to current and prospective students, including welcoming them to our campuses and providing information about our services.
  • Support students in navigating our physical and digital spaces to find the information they need.
  • Promote self-service and help students to find the information they need independently.
  • Maintain the physical environments of our campuses and external exhibition events.
  • Assist with general office administration, including data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Attend on-campus recruitment and pathways events, such as Open Nights and school expos.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be currently enrolled and actively participating in a Chisholm Institute course. You will also need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds.
