Job Title: Learning and Development Team Lead
We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Team Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach, mentor, and performance manage a telesales team to drive results and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor compliance and ensure all procedures and policies are followed.
- Analyse call quality and team data to provide continuous feedback and strategic direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise client experience and lead conversion.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
About You:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in telesales management, leading large teams or navigating fast-paced, remote setups.
- You're confident with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Aircall, and you're not afraid to dive into data to uncover performance insights or process improvements.
- You understand financial services or similar regulated environments and the importance of compliance.
