Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. The role involves leadership and development of our Occupational Therapy team, providing high-quality care to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • The learning and development of the occupational therapy team
  • Managing the clinical supervision framework, including the maintenance and improvement of the clinical competency framework, delivery of supervision, and complex client support
  • Ongoing development of the occupational therapy service across the business
  • Clinical management of the team
  • Participation in team and leadership meetings
  • Performance reviews in collaboration with the operational manager

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with colleagues, parents, teachers, and allied health staff
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high workload
  • Experience reporting to and advising senior management
  • Confidence working independently in various settings
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical occupational therapy experience
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
  • AHPRA registration
  • Eligibility for OTA registration
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current Victorian Driver's License

About This Role

This is a fixed-term position lasting between 6 – 12 months.
