Early Learning Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to lead our early learning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Supervise and mentor early childhood educators to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and achieve educational goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in leading early childhood education teams.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, knowledge of child development theory and practice.
