A Day in the Life

You will greet members, answer calls, assist with requests, reconcile guest accounts, and provide top-notch hospitality. Our ideal candidate is proactive, has a can-do attitude, and consistently delivers excellent customer care.

  • Member Check-in/Check-out
  • Phone Management
  • Guest Requests Assistance
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Exceptional Guest Experience

Requirements:

  • Hotel or Resort Experience
  • Opera Knowledge an Advantage
  • Customer Service Focus
  • Administration and Organisational Skills
  • Team Player and Pressure Handling
  • Rotating Roster Flexibility

Candidates will be required to provide work eligibility evidence and consent to a criminal record check. A current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one is also necessary. Additionally, candidates must confirm their ability to perform job duties as outlined in the Job Task Analysis - Front Office.
