A Day in the Life

As a member of our Front Office Reception team at our prestigious 5-star resort, you\'ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for individuals who are proactive, bring a can-do attitude, and consistently deliver service that reflects the highest standards of exceptional hospitality.

Duties include..

  • Check in and check out members
  • Answering and re-direction of calls
  • Assisting with requests and general enquiries
  • Guest accounts reconciliation
  • Provide exceptional guest experience

Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and consent to a criminal record check.

Applicants for this role, will also be required to provide evidence that they have a current Working With Children Check or willing to obtain a Working With Children Check.

Additionally, Applicants must confirm their ability to perform the inherent requirements of the position as outlined in the Job Task Analysis - Front Office and whether any reasonable adjustments may be required.
