Exciting Opportunity for General Manager - 150 Rooms
- 1-Hour Drive from Melbourne

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader with a passion for guest-centric hospitality and take the helm of 150 rooms and additional revenue streams.
- **Experience Outside Mainstream Chains: We encourage individuals who have successfully managed smaller companies or boutique hotels to apply, bringing a unique perspective to the team.**_

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction and Guest Focus**:Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring every visitor experiences warmth, comfort, and satisfaction.

**Sales Team Support**:Collaborate with the sales team to maximise revenue opportunities, strategize on marketing initiatives, and ensure a strong market presence.

**Front Office Support**:Provide guidance and support to the front office team to uphold efficient checking ins, check-outs, and seamless guest experiences.

**Event Business Management**:Oversee and expand the robust events business, with a particular focus on weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. Leverage your expertise to enhance our reputation as a premier events' destination.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in boutique or mid-sized establishments.

Initiative and Innovation: We are seeking a leader who brings fresh ideas, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to drive the success of the hotel.

Strong Events Background: A track record of successfully managing and growing an events business, particularly in weddings, celebrations, and corporate events.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
