A Day in the Life

You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences as a valued member of our Front Office Reception team. We seek proactive individuals who embody a can-do attitude and consistently provide service that embodies the highest standards of hospitality.

Duties include:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Answering calls efficiently and redirecting them to relevant team members
  • Providing timely assistance with guest requests and general inquiries
  • Ensuring accurate guest account reconciliations
  • Delivering an exceptional guest experience through attentive service and personalized attention

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Previous experience in a 4-5 star hotel or resort environment
  • Operational knowledge, particularly in the context of front office operations
  • A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and meet the expectations of discerning guests
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Team player with a flexible approach to working across a 7-day rotating roster
