At our organization, we measure performance for clients and use analytics to help them grow their business. Measurement and analytics are two separate things, but together they make each even more critical and valuable.

You will partner with our clients and use data to explain what is happening with their brands and how they can improve business performance.

Working with both your colleagues and spending time with clients, you will build partnerships to understand client needs and requirements. You'll develop in-depth analyses and create compelling stories that deliver insights to drive business growth.

This role serves as a maternity cover for a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand clients' marketing and sales strategies, needs, business problems, and opportunities for growth
  • Help clients define the business issue, project briefing, and prepare hypotheses to explore
  • Deliver meaningful insights with actionable recommendations using data based on our contractual analytical commitments
  • Manage client expectations regarding required analyses and commitments to ensure client satisfaction
  • Share strategic thought leadership with clients and the latest trends on Tech and Durables industry

Support Account Development via Consultative Selling

  • Ensure high standards of client satisfaction to support contract renewals
  • Identify business opportunities with clients and demonstrate how we can address these business needs
  • Support Commercial teams in client meetings when advanced client knowledge is needed to showcase our capabilities

Qualifications

  • 3+ yrs experience with solid knowledge of specific measurement or data analytics tool
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Deep awareness of market conditions and client business environment esp. within the Tech and Durables industry
  • Strong planning and servicing skills
  • Experience working with clients to solve business issues
  • Strong communication/presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design solutions (both standard and non-standard) to answer client business issues
