Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Accor Apartments & Realty. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Take charge of the front of the house during busy service hours, setting the pace and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to foster a positive and motivated work environment, driving exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Team Development: Contribute to creating schedules, nurturing team growth, and harmonizing departmental efforts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, turning every moment into a memorable experience and every interaction into a story.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to transform obstacles into opportunities, ensuring the team's success and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Guide your team in attaining service excellence, actively seeking out information to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Hospitality: Demonstrate genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality and food sector.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility: Familiarity with diverse food & beverage settings and flexibility to work across different schedules, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Certifications: Possession of a valid NSW RSA.
  • Communication Skills: Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals.
