This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Provides customer service and cashier processing for Council services;
  • Offers a challenging and rewarding career in local government, working with diverse communities;
  • Engages with the community, promoting the organisation's vision and values;
  • Undertakes a range of duties across the Finance and Administration directorate, including customer service, financial reporting, and business support services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in delivery of exceptional Customer Service preferably in retail, banking or another regulated environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to negotiate win-win outcomes;
  • Ability to work across a variety of disciplines, with procedures and systems to support you;
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for making a positive difference in the community.
