About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker to join our team at Humanity Health Group. In this role, you'll play a vital part in empowering individuals with disabilities to thrive in their chosen careers.

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide quality therapy and intervention to help clients get 'job ready.' This includes supporting clients with personal growth and development, providing mentoring and guidance to encourage independence, and conducting mini-mental health training sessions for employment services staff.

You'll also be responsible for liaising with local health professionals and services as needed, building strong relationships with key referrers and customers, and identifying potential new entrants to our Services.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need an approved Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work degree, full registration with the relevant body, and a passion for helping individuals with diverse clinical presentations and psychosocial challenges.

You'll be entrepreneurial, ambitious, and have a desire to make a real difference in people's lives. As a member of our team, you'll benefit from unrivalled professional support, including clinical supervision, case coaching, and mentorship.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
