Job Overview

Gorilla Jobs is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our team of junior OTs. This is a unique opportunity to grow and assist in building a dynamic team, with a focus on delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in growing and developing our team, providing training and support to junior occupational therapists, and mentoring OT students. You will also be involved in business development, assisting with template and protocol design, and contributing to hiring decisions to ensure you work with great people who share your vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical therapy services to clients within various funding bodies, including NDIS, DVA, My Aged Care (HCP), and private clients.
  • Support therapists to provide high-quality therapy services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and team performance.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including template and protocol design.
  • Assist with hiring decisions to ensure we attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle.
