Job Description:

  • Undertake assessments and provide interventions in client homes and clinics, collaborating with families and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions that promote client independence and meaningful occupation.
  • Provide support to your OT team, participate in team meetings, and contribute to high-level reporting.
  • Promote client well-being through treatment, guidance, and education.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration).
  • Clinical OT experience, ideally working with adults with a disability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Strong team and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
  • Current driver's license and car, with a reliable means of transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
