About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our retail partners across the central Perth to South-East Perth areas.

Your primary focus will be on representing our portfolio of health, wellness, and beauty brands, including Lady Jayne, Manicare, Swisspers, Fusion Health, and Dr. LeWinn's. You will work closely with our WA/QLD Regional Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners
  • Maintaining high-quality in-store displays and promoting product knowledge
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.

About You

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships. You will have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
