Civil Design Lead - Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Design Engineer to spearhead infrastructure projects in the mining and heavy industrial sectors.

  • This is a permanent role based in Perth, Australia.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead civil design and engineering efforts for mining and heavy industrial ventures.
  • Lead business development activities and leverage professional networks to grow the business line.
  • Review and endorse detailed civil design drawings and documentation utilizing Civil 3D, Open Roads, Navisworks or equivalent approved.
  • Coordinate with internal and external team members, including structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards and local regulations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster their professional growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering within the mining/heavy industrial sectors.
  • Chartered/Professional Engineer status.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Open Roads, and Navisworks.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Background in cross-discipline project coordination.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
