Job Title: Waste Operations Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to operate a variety of vehicles, load and unload waste, and deliver loads to nominated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a fleet of vehicles for waste collection and delivery services.
  • Perform loading and unloading duties of commercial and industrial waste, materials or consignments.
  • Maintain the presentation of vehicles, both inside and out, to ensure high standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comply with relevant regulations, rules, and training requirements, including Fatigue Management.
About You:
  • You must hold an unrestricted HR license as a minimum requirement.
  • You must be physically fit, with the ability to handle heavy lifting and frequent getting in and out of the vehicle.
  • You must be available for early morning starts and have a clean driving record.
  • You must possess a professional presentation and manner, with strong customer service ethic and a commitment to safety.
  • You must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screening, and a National Police Check.
