Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced driver to operate a variety of our fleet for waste collection. This is a permanent full-time role based in West Kalgoorlie WA.

  • Operate a range of vehicles to collect waste from commercial and industrial sites.
  • Perform loading and unloading duties, ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials.
  • Deliver waste to designated recycling and disposal facilities.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An unrestricted HR license.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Availability for early morning starts and flexible scheduling.
  • Strong driving record and ability to operate a variety of trucks.
  • A professional presentation and manner, with excellent customer service skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to work as part of a team.
