
Network Supply Planning Professional

Schneider Electric is leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation for a more sustainable world. As a key player in this transition, we are seeking an experienced Network Supply Planner to join our GSC Pacific Supply Chain Planning team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting business growth and operational excellence across the region by developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies. This will involve optimizing service levels, inventory, and profitability while driving improvements in supply planning and SIOP processes with a customer-centric approach.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills. They should be able to influence, prioritize, and solve problems in fast-paced environments while maintaining a customer-centric mindset and results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth and operational excellence
- Optimize service levels, inventory, and profitability through data-driven insights and analysis
- Drive improvements in supply planning and SIOP processes with a customer-centric approach
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory governance, product lifecycle activities, and strategic replenishment
- Represent replenishment in transformation projects and digitalization efforts
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
- APICS or similar industry certification
- Master's degree or Engineering background preferred
- 3–5 years' experience in supply chain within large, complex organizations
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx)
- ERP experience (SAP, Kinaxis highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
