Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop return-to-work plans.
  • Case management, including developing and monitoring rehabilitation plans, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Build relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
