Physiotherapist Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to support older adults in a residential aged care setting.
  • Develop and implement effective service plans, ensuring tailored care that meets individual needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement rehabilitation strategies that enhance resident outcomes.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior physiotherapists, promoting consistent service delivery across sites.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, contributing to innovative models of care that shape physiotherapy services within aged care.

About You:

  • AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a degree in Physiotherapy and a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • Extensive experience in Geriatric Physiotherapy, including orthogeriatrics and residential aged care, with advanced clinical skills in managing complex presentations.
  • Proven track record of leading physiotherapy services and implementing quality improvements in aged care settings.
  • Effective clinical leader and supervisor, skilled in mentoring and supporting physiotherapists, including providing supervision and oversight in multi-site service delivery.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, confident in multidisciplinary team environments and focused on delivering person-centred care that supports older adults and their families.
