We're seeking a motivated and passionate Early Childhood Education professional to lead our childcare centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to inspire and support staff, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic leader to join our team as a Centre Director. You will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication. You will also inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
