Leadership Role in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our centre's operations, inspire our team, and provide exceptional care for children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily centre activities, manage staff performance, and maintain positive relationships with parents and the community.
  • Mentor and support educators, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities to grow professionally and deliver high-quality education.
  • Develop engaging programs that cater to children's diverse needs, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff.
  • Cultivate a collaborative culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Essential Requirements:

  • A recognised Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a licensed childcare setting, demonstrating expertise in centre management and team leadership.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
