Role Overview:
Casual Educator PositionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Casual Educator. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to children.
About the Role:
- Support the service's philosophy by contributing to a nurturing environment for children.
- Utilize your knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework to develop engaging educational programs.
- Maintain professional presentation and attire while interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate initiative, innovation, and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and staff.
Essential Requirements:
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Possess a current Working with Children Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Be willing to obtain relevant certifications if not already held.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Practising Christian sympathetic to the unique Seventh-day Adventist identity of the Service.
Location: Beaconsfield, Queensland

- Deliver high-quality education and care to children.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
