Admin Sales Support Role

  • Key responsibilities include customer liaison and follow-ups, charter quoting and marketing support, and general office-based support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for customer liaison and follow-ups ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Coordinate charter quoting across the state to ensure consistency.
  • Handle initial charter and customer enquiries with professionalism.
  • Process bookings in alignment with customer needs and preferences.
  • Support marketing efforts to promote business initiatives and achievements.
  • Coordinate onsite events and functions as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Specialists.
  • Aid Sales Specialists in providing timely and accurate monthly reports to their manager.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or general administration is essential. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and time management skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be self-motivated with a positive approach to changing work conditions.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal systems is required.
