Sales - Community Specialist - Tasmania

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales - Community Specialist to join our team in Tasmania. As a Sales - Community Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with authorized resellers to drive sales of our entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with authorized resellers to drive sales of our entire product and service ecosystem
  • Provide customers with the right knowledge and value to make informed choices
  • Educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on our latest products and services
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build a team of Apple brand advocates
  • Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service
  • Maintain fixtures and merchandising elements according to our standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
  • Ability to work at partner stores from Wednesday to Sunday, inclusive of both Saturdays and Sundays
