Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated OSH Service Coordinator to join our team. As an OSH Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality care.
  • Design and deliver enriching daily activities that foster children's physical, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a strong focus on child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting, upholding the highest standards of care.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
  • Establish a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes collaboration and respect among children, families, and staff.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in children's services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • A current Employee Working with Children's Checks (or willing to obtain).
  • HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willing to obtain).
  • CHCPRT001 - Child Protection Certificate (or willing to obtain).
