The OSHC Coordinator position is a key role within the educational services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging child-centered programs, incorporating various activities such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
  • Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and day-to-day operations.
Program Development

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 5-12 years.

Team Leadership

The OSHC Coordinator will provide guidance and support to Educators, ensuring seamless service delivery and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements
  • Enjoy working with children and have excellent communication skills.
  • Be a team player with a desire to lead and develop a team of Educators.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain necessary qualifications and clearances to work with children in OSHC settings.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 38 hours per week, with split shifts across Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will work closely with the school community to deliver a high-quality service.
