About this role, we're looking for an experienced Sales and Administrative Support Specialist to join our Construction Equipment Sales department. The successful candidate will be based at our Revesby branch and will provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Representatives.

  • Provide administrative support across various tasks
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of weekly sales reports
  • Manage tasks within our Management System (Dynamics)
  • Order local components and attachments, and maintain records/reports
  • Maintain contact with suppliers and customers regarding equipment deliveries
  • Participate in Quality Procedures, SOX, and Internal audit compliance for the Sales department

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in Sales Administration
  • Strong knowledge of commercial processes
  • High-level communication skills
  • Good administration principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Team coordination skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Clear business communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
