HR Administrator & Recruiter @ Lynch GroupLynch Group is a leading provider of quality floral and horticultural products, dedicated to building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. We're on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Sales Administration Assistant to support our sales operations and help our team bloom.
As our Sales Administration Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our sales team—coordinating account activities, managing orders, and ensuring seamless communication across departments and stakeholders. Your work will directly support growth, customer satisfaction, and the success of our promotional programs.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
• Monitor incoming orders and coordinate timely supply with state teams
• Assist in planning and executing promotional programs and seasonal campaigns
• Facilitate meetings and communications between Lynch Group and account contacts
• Compile and report on product performance, supply chain insights, and customer feedback
• Manage SOR specification sheets, production totals, and sales reporting with precision
• Support new business development and product placement opportunities
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; experience with sales or inventory systems is a plus
