Project Leadership Role

We're seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale civil construction works. As part of our team, you'll play a critical leadership role in ensuring project outcomes are safe, compliant, and commercially successful.

About the Role
  • Leverage your engineering expertise to develop construction programs, schedules, and procurement strategies that meet project timelines.
  • Monitor performance against key metrics across cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Mentor and lead teams of engineers to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans that align with contractual, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  2. Manage technical clarifications, variations, and contract administration in collaboration with project managers.
  3. Ensure ongoing compliance with HSEQ requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
  4. Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements

You'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with 10–15 years of industry experience.
  • Proven ability in project financials, cost control, and subcontractor management.
  • Familiarity with WHS, quality, and environmental management systems.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a commitment to team development.
