**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our EUC team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's performance, workload, and priorities to achieve service level agreements (SLAs). You will also be responsible for managing customer expectations, providing technical mentoring, and determining resource allocation to meet support objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate, schedule, and ensure sufficient resource planning requirements for optimal availability and support.
  • Manage the performance and culture of a high-performance team.
  • Manage team workload and priorities to achieve SLAs.
  • Manage customer expectations by overseeing the support model.
  • Provide technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Determine resource allocation to meet service level agreements and support objectives.
  • Remedy complex problems and provide technical consultation in line with the established support model.
  • Plan system capabilities and resources to fulfill user requirements.
  • Mentor other engineers in the team to uplift skills.
  • Monitor system performance for all corporate platforms.
  • Manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of system hardware and software.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with extensive IT industry experience and at least 3 years of experience in an Endpoint Engineering management role. The ideal candidate should be passionate about their work, proactive, client-focused, and believe in customer service as a point of differentiation in a service offering.
