About the Role

This Real Estate Office Support position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our busy agents, handling a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our sales and property management teams
  • Manage the front-of-house area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients
  • Handle phone calls and transfers, providing excellent communication skills
  • Assist with in-office client management, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Support property management with daily duties, including administrative tasks and data entry
