We are seeking a highly skilled Field Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Queensland. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences across our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert visual merchandising support to our in-store teams, ensuring consistent presentation standards and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coach and mentor store staff to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and briefs, and to bring the visual merchandising direction to life in-store.
  • Work closely with State/Area Managers, Store Managers, and in-store teams to plan store visits and identify opportunities to increase sales through visual merchandising.
  • Regularly report back to the Visual Merchandising Manager on store standards, compliance, and coaching/training requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail management or visual merchandising role in a high-volume, high-paced environment.
  • Genuine passion for retail, our products, and the store environment.
  • Proven communication skills, calm and proactive approach, and confident articulation.
  • Ability to work at pace in a highly autonomous role, prioritizing and managing time and deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to travel within the state and interstate to stores, when required.
