HVAC Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team in Sydney.
- This key member of our design and construction team will be responsible for delivering mechanical services projects for tier 1 builders.
- Develop positive relationships with colleagues, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Communicate complex issues effectively to clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Review concept designs for Value Management opportunities and take them from heat loads and ventilation calculations to equipment sizing and selection, scheduling, air and water schematics, floor duct and pipe designs, and coordination of the design to issue For Construction drawings.
- Detailed understanding of the National Construction Code's DtS requirements, including passive fire rating and Australian Standards AS 1668.1 and AS 1668.2.
- Create, implement, and witness the operation of a mechanical services Fire Matrix for a project.
- Mentor, train, and develop graduate engineers in our business.
- Possess a degree in mechanical engineering recognised by Engineers Australia.
- At least ten years of HVAC design and construction experience in a similar mechanical services contractor design role.
- Extensive heat load calculation experience using CAMEL or equivalent.
- Experienced in Excel and Bluebeam software.
