We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to spearhead the delivery of a large-scale healthcare project in Western Australia.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Western Australia's healthcare landscape and to deliver a once-in-a-generation project from start to finish.

The Role:

As a seasoned Project Director, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a new construction project. You will inspire and guide the site-based delivery team, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure excellence across safety, quality, time, and cost.

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
  • Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
  • Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations
About Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale health infrastructure projects (>$500m)
  • Extensive experience working with a Tier 1 or leading head contractor in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of health planning, clinical stakeholder engagement, and highly serviced building delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience
  • Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with state government clients and senior stakeholders
  • Able and willing to relocate to or live in Perth for the duration of the project
