Delivering complex clinical trials and research projects requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills.

The successful Senior Clinical Project Manager will oversee the setup, conduct, and close-out of investigator-led and commercial trials, ensuring seamless delivery and protocol adherence.

This key role involves guiding a team of clinical trial professionals, working closely with investigators, sponsors, Contract Research Organisations (CROs), and institutional partners to align operational goals and troubleshoot issues.

The ideal candidate will represent the organisation in governance meetings, steering committees, and other stakeholder meetings, managing trial timelines and resource allocation across multiple concurrent studies.

A strong negotiator, they will contribute to the negotiation of research agreements and manage study budgets to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.

Responsibilities include direct project involvement throughout all stages of the clinical trial lifecycle, monitoring workload distribution, and proactively addressing capacity issues.

The Senior Clinical Project Manager will also support the onboarding and training of new staff to ensure readiness and confidence, ensuring all trial activities comply with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
