Geriatric Care Professional

As a dedicated Enrolled Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care to older patients in our Specialist Geriatric Dementia Unit. This position offers an opportunity to grow and develop your skills through hands-on experience and continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with patient assessments and monitoring of patient health
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and culturally appropriate care environment
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing Board of Australia
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise care, recognise clinical changes, and report appropriately
- Proven experience delivering nursing care aligned with professional standards
- Strong understanding of the Enrolled Nurse's role, scope of practice, and relevant legislation
