Speech Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate speech pathologist to join our team as a Geriatric Outreach Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with older South Australians, providing compassionate and person-centred care in complex swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and manage swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders in diverse care settings.
- Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of models of care and streamline patient pathways.
- Eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- At least three years' post-qualification clinical experience in assessing, planning, and managing swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders.
- Proven clinical excellence and expertise in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Permanent part-time position with flexible working arrangements.
- Salary packaging options including up to $9,010 each FBT year for living expenses.
- Relocation support up to $10,000 for eligible applicants.
