About the role

You will be responsible for assisting and designing digital learning experiences that integrate graphics, audio, and motion. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet stakeholder expectations and learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with instructional designers to develop engaging digital content
  2. Support the creation of multimedia learning materials, including animation and interactive content
  3. Assist in consultations with subject matter experts to define clear learning objectives based on business needs
  4. Evaluate and refine instructional materials to ensure they are accurate and effectively aligned with organisational standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree relevant to graphic design, instructional design or related field
  • Intermediate graphic and layout design skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Foundational knowledge or interest in instructional design and eLearning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback
