About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually appealing designs that align with our brand's identity.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and experience working on digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement visual strategies that meet our business objectives.

  • Liaise with the marketing team to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs.
  • Create high-quality visual designs for digital marketing campaigns, including emails, social media posts, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update existing designs as needed to ensure they remain relevant and engaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms and content management systems.
