Visual Design Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Design Expert to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual materials that support our fundraising, donor communications, campaigns, and events.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling visuals including campaign assets, brochures, social media graphics, event branding, and donor communications.
  • Evaluate and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative concepts.
  • Design materials for key fundraising events ensuring alignment with our brand and message.
  • Optimize design efficiency by managing workflow and multiple projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design preferably in-house or within a marketing or branding team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign Illustrator Photoshop with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail typography layout and visual storytelling skills.
  • Able to balance creative flair with pragmatic approach to meeting deadlines.
  • (Desirable): Basic motion design or video editing experience familiarity with digital tools.
