About the Position

">

We are seeking a certified Behaviour Analyst for a full-time role with our forward-thinking and dedicated Early Childhood Supports team in the Western Melbourne region. Key Responsibilities

">

As a Behaviour Analyst, you will report to the Head of the Early Childhood Supports team in Victoria and work as part of a multi-skilled team. Your key responsibilities will include:

">

- Providing individualised assessments to new participants through effectively identifying the most suitable assessment option, based on differing participant needs.

">

- Working in collaboration with participants, parents/guardians and other stakeholders to deliver therapeutic supports and ensure the best possible outcomes for participants, families and other relevant stakeholders.

">

- Delivering person and family-centred practice and providing neurodiversity-affirming intervention programs, while considering cultural diversity and other background complexities.

">

- Analyzing, interpreting and sharing assessment results with parents/guardians, education professionals and other stakeholders in an easily understood format.

">

- Supervising and coaching Behaviour Therapists, including those working towards Behaviour Analyst certification.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

- Successful completion of a relevant Master's level coursework in the Behaviour Analytic field.

">

- Active certification as one (or more) of the following: Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) with ABA Australia and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB.

">

- Solid professional experience working with individuals with disabilities.

">

- Experience providing behaviour analytic services to children and adolescents across a diverse range of situations and environments including the home and kindergarten.

">

- High level oral and written English communication skills including the demonstrated ability to prepare and finalise technical documents in a timely manner.

">

- Demonstrated and effective time management skills including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities set in a fast-paced environment.

">

- Experience supervising and supporting a team of Behaviour Therapists.
