Advanced Child Protection Specialist

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and investigations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children
  • Manage complex cases, problem solve, and present matters to relevant authorities as required
  • Support and develop Beginning Child Protection Specialists in the integration of theory and practice while demonstrating expertise through case practice
  • Determine case plans (including stability plans, cultural plans, and therapeutic treatment plans) for the safety and wellbeing of children
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Minimum qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is mandatory
  • Ability to work with complex cases and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\Induction Program:\
